In this 3-hour introductory course, you’ll receive an overview of the Educaring® Approach, learning how this work encourages adult caregivers to see young children as competent and capable humans from birth. The Approach seeks to help parents and professionals build stable, secure, healthy relationships with infants and toddlers, encouraging the children’s natural abilities from the very start.

This class is for any parent, caregiver or aligned professional who is interested in learning about Magda Gerber’s Educaring Approach to infant and toddler care that has profoundly influenced best practice in the childcare field.
Intro to Educaring® Class
The Educaring® Approach encourages adult caregivers to see young children as competent and capable humans from birth. The Approach seeks to help parents and professionals build stable, secure, healthy relationships with infants and toddlers, encouraging the children’s natural abilities from the very start.

Available classes

- This course in a single session, in-person or online. It is available at our Los Angeles and Pasadena RIE Centers, and worldwide from our RIE Associates . Classes are offered online and offered with a variety of days and times each month to accommodate different schedules.
