RIE Associate, Eileen Henry introduces parents to a more holistic approach to family sleep in the early months and years of development. Rest must fit into the context of the family system and the many needs of the individuals that make up the system. There is rarely one answer regarding topics as dynamic and complex as human development. There are many ways to achieve dependable and predictable sleep. Sleep has become a polarized topic, and Eileen offers a more realistic “middle way” approach to getting sleep at each stage of development. While attending to this complexity it can help to move towards “yes/and – both/and” thinking rather than “this or that” thinking. Find tickets here.
